Advising guests on menus & beverage choices
Checking and dealing with guests special occasion arrangements, eg. birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, weddings
Computer & Literacy Skills
Experience and good working knowledge of using a computerised reservations system
Confidence with maths / financial calculations
Outgoing, confident, positive, focused, mature, reliable, empathetic, attentive, discreet, responsible, accountable, team player but equally able to work independently and without supervision, well presented.
The role will require you to be of a mature outlook and approach. We offer a competitive salary, a shift system. We will assist, when possible, to help find suitable living accommodation for those wishing to relocate for the job. You will be responsible for travel costs to and from your living accommodation.
